E-commerce Performance Lead

We're looking for an E-commerce Performance Lead who takes ownership of performance across our international B2B webshops.

We have a strong foundation of traffic, data, and tools. The challenge is understanding what drives performance, identifying where opportunities are being missed, and ensuring improvements are made.

You are comfortable switching between a high-level business view and deep-dive analysis. You monitor performance across the business, identify meaningful changes, investigate underlying causes, develop hypotheses, and translate insights into action.

Whether the opportunity lies in traffic acquisition, customer journeys, conversion, lead quality, user experience, or measurement, you know how to identify what matters and drive meaningful improvements. You don't wait for problems to surface. You're continuously looking for opportunities to improve performance and prioritizing the initiatives with the greatest business impact.

You'll work closely with our Management Team, Content Specialist, UX Designer, SEA Specialist, IT Team, Sales Team, and external partners. This is not a role where you're expected to be the specialist in every discipline. Instead, you're responsible for understanding where the biggest opportunities and bottlenecks exist, determining the most effective path forward, and bringing together the right people to make improvements happen. Some initiatives you'll drive yourself, others you'll coordinate through internal teams or external specialists.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and analyze performance across our international webshops, identifying anomalies, trends, and opportunities across traffic, lead generation, conversion, customer behavior, revenue, and overall business performance.
  • Investigate root causes, develop hypotheses, validate assumptions, and translate findings into prioritized initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives from insight through implementation, measurement, and continuous optimization, working with internal teams and external specialists where appropriate.
  • Ensure business decisions are based on reliable data by refining measurement, tracking, attribution, reporting, and performance visibility.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and modern analytics tools to accelerate research, uncover opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with our IT team to ensure automations, integrations, and technical initiatives align with our broader systems architecture and standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience improving digital or e-commerce performance.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, investigate root causes, develop hypotheses, and drive measurable business improvements.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, customer journeys, and performance measurement.
  • Experience working with GA4 and modern analytics platforms.
  • Comfortable working hands-on with data, automation, and analytical tools.
  • Experience in B2B e-commerce or lead-driven digital businesses is strongly preferred.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and autonomy.
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with a bias toward action and execution.
  • Strong affinity with AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, SQL, Python, low-code automation, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
