Together with the international hotel chain Citybox, Heisenbug has developed a self-service kiosk product line that allows guests to manage their stay independently from arrival to departure. These kiosks are already in operation at Citybox locations across Europe, with more installations underway.
We have developed several products in collaboration with Citybox. At the moment we operate around 20 self-service check-in and check-out kiosks across Europe, and that number keeps growing.

To guarantee smooth operation day after day, Heisenbug has chosen Beetronics touchscreens as the main kiosk touch screen interface. The displays are not only integrated into the initial Citybox solution but have become the standard interface across the entire Heisenbug self-service kiosk line.

The kiosks currently use the 27-inch touchscreen monitor, and the 15-inch high brightness touchscreen display. These models were selected for their easy integration, responsive touch performance, and reliable operation in public-facing environments.
